Stour Valley AI was founded in 2025 by Dr Jez Bezant and James Everard. We build AI agents, workflow intranets and API integrations for professional services firms and small-to-medium sized enterprises across the UK — practical tools that fit into how your firm already works, not experiments that require you to change everything first.

Dr Jez Bezant and James Everard
Dr Jez Bezant — Co-Founder
Jez spent over two decades in regulated financial services, where automated data flows between systems are the norm and client confidentiality is non-negotiable. When he moved into advisory work, he was struck by how much of the same routine work in professional services firms was still being done by hand. He started Stour Valley AI to fix that — for the kinds of businesses he knows from the inside.
He led the design of Stour Valley AI's AI agent suite, drawing directly on his experience of compliance-heavy, relationship-led service environments.
James Everard — Co-Founder
James brings deep experience in AI, data engineering, automation and modern IT delivery. He has designed and built data pipelines, automation workflows and AI integrations for organisations ranging from small businesses to enterprise scale. His career has focused on translating technical capability into solutions that non-technical teams can actually use and sustain.
He designed and built the API integration layer and intranet infrastructure that underpins Stour Valley AI's client deployments.
